It will be used to connect you with the best available options. From time to time, we may present you with listings and companies who are looking to rent office space. This is part of the service you opt-in to when you communicate and submit your preferences.
1. Information you provide to the Platform
We are not responsible for the perpetuation of User Content that has been taken down from our site. You acknowledge and agree that, even after removal, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages if other users have stored your User Content.
Information Use
We use the information collected from the Platform to enable you to list office space for rent and to help you find workspace. We enable access to our website and communicate via email, phone, and social media to provide tailored content, product offerings, and relevant posts and listings.
For Hosts:
When you submit available workspace to OfficeBook, we store the fields listed on www.officebook.co/list.html. Your contact information (full name, email, and phone number) will NOT be shared or displayed to other Users, unless both parties (Host and Tenant) agrees to lease terms and reservations for space.
For Tenants:
When you submit workspace needs to OfficeBook, we store the fields listed on www.officebook.co/find.html. Your contact information (full name, email, and phone number) will NOT be shared or displayed to other Users, unless both parties (Host and Tenant) agrees to a tour and reservations for space.
OfficeBook may send you service-related notices and marketing announcements through email communication, our website, or other websites. Examples include new product announcements, promotions, social media ads, and limited offers. We reserve the right to send you account-related notices such as reservation and booking emails.
We may also use non-identifiable aggregate data collected through the Platform to analyze performance and usage on the Platform. Such data may be used by OfficeBook and shared with third parties.
Information Sharing
You may choose to provide information about you, your company, or your Space as a public listing that is accessible by other Users and/or to the public. Public information consists of information that has been approved by you to be posted on the site. Examples include space requirements, descriptions, size, location, and amenities. Non-Public Information such as billing, payment information, and billing address will not be shared.
We will not sell your personal information to third parties. We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Changes
You may request a change or removal of a listing at anytime by reaching out to hello@officebook.co. Information that has been removed may be stored in backup copies but will not be generally available to other Users.
Upon your request, we can remove your personal information from view and close your account as soon as reasonably possible. We are required to retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with the law, to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, cooperate with investigations, solve problems, collect fees, and enforce our Terms of Use or take other actions permitted by law.
Information Security
We take information security seriously. OfficeBook takes precautionary measures to protect Users’ Non-Public Information. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account numbers on our servers. We use PCI compliant payment systems and Bank encrypted wire systems to transmit and receive payment. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security since no internet transmission or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
