​Terms & Conditions: Offer expires January 31, 2018.​ If you refer a new Guest or Host to OfficeBook which results in a booking and payment within the use of the Service, you will receive a one-time $100 USD referral bonus. If you are referring a Host, the Host must be for a new Space and from a host company not currently available through the Service and must be at least for a 6 month term. If you are referring a Guest, it must be a new Guest not currently using the OfficeBook Platform or Services. Referral is paid within 30 days after the term ends when payment is cleared and actually received by OfficeBook for the booking. The value of the referral must be more than $100 USD. If multiple Hosts claim the same Referral, OfficeBook has the right to determine at its sole discretion which person will be entitled to the applicable Referral Bonus. No Referral Bonus will be paid for bookings on any account that you are affiliated with.
